What payment methods are accepted?

I accept Cash and e-transfers.

 

What areas do you serve, are you Mobile?

I currently serve the Peterborough area and some surrounding locations. Grooming services are done in my home in Peterborough, but I offer mobile services for nail trims and other small services, where I come to you. A $10 mobile fee applies for areas more than 30 minutes away.

What is the cancellation policy?

To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee may be charged. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future services.

Do you offer any discounts?

What is required to book a service?

To ensure the safety of all pets, your pets must be up to date with their rabies vaccination. I require proof of the vaccination certificate before I can provide any services.
